We at Haanum strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However if you are not happy with the order that you have received for any reason, you can mail us at Care@Haanum.com

What is Haanum's Exchange Policy for T-shirts?

If you are unhappy with the product that you have received, you can send it back to us within 15 days/we will arrange a pick up if your pincode falls in that criteria, of the delivery via any cost effective courier or registered post. We will issue credit in your account for the value of the products plus an additional Rs. 50 to compensate for the amount spent by you in sending the product(s) back to us. (Cash on Delivery handling charges and international shipping charges are non-refundable).

What products cannot be returned/exchanged as per Haanum's Exchange Policy?

All products over the website can be exchanged or returned over the condition that it hasn't been washed, used for photography purpose or self damaged. In case of any sort of manufacturing defect, you can mail us at care@haanum.com and we'll help you out.

How do I send the product back?

You can send it back to us via a cost effective courier company or registered post. Most courier companies will be willing to pick it up from your address.

Can Haanum arrange for the product to be picked up from my address?

Yes, but only if your pincode falls in this reverse pickup area

Will I have to pay for returning the products?

Yes, you will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to us. We will reimburse you with Haanum credits worth Rs. 50 once we receive your products back and verify that they are new and unused. This coupon can be used on any future purchase of Haanu products.

I have received a wrong/defective product. How do I proceed?

Please send the product back to our address using the same process mentioned above. We will reimburse you for the entire amount you spend on returning the products to us in the form of Haanum credits in case if we aare not able to arrange a return pickup shipment.

Can I cancel my order before it is Shipped out?

All orders that come in on a normal working day between Monday to Saturday before 10:00 AM are shipped out on the same day. Orders that come in after 10:00 AM, Sundays or Public holidays are shipped out on the next working day.Cancel order before shipping as then there is no taking back

Can I get a refund for my Prepaid order if I cancel it?

Yes, we can refund your Prepaid payment on request in case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure.
